2018 National Survey of Clinicians in Primary and Geriatric Care

Primary Care and Geriatric Health Professional Survey

This survey was conducted in 2018 to measure clinician practice in caring for older adults in general, and frail older adults in particular. We administered the survey to a nationally representative sample of physicians and nurse practitioners in primary care and geriatric practices.  The survey instrument may be used in whole or in part with permission and proper attribution.
